Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series is a story driven experience where you mainly play as Star Lord. Let’s face it while there were various tweaks added here and there to each game, if you have played any Telltale game, you know what to expect from the gameplay. At the time the game was released some people criticized the reliance on humor, but I think with this group of characters, the humor is great as it helps the bond between them grow and as the player, you like them even more because of it. This puts them on a collision course with a very cool enemy, Hala The Accuser who is a Kree. The idea of the game is that the Guardians have finally managed to kill Thanos! While doing this they came into possession of an artifact known as The Eternity Forge which is immensely powerful. Raising “Hala” On The GalaxyĪs you would expect from this game the story of Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series is broken up into different chapters. Instead, this is its own story and one that as you would expect from these guys, gives the player a great deal of choice in the way that things unfold. The game was released before the second movie came out, but this has nothing to do with the mcu.
I have loved the majority of the stuff that Telltale have done so when I heard that Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series was going to be a thing I was very excited.
